Copies of Prospectus and Forms of Application for Shares can lie obtained from the Brokers, Provisional Directors, or from any of the Branches of the Bank of New Zealand in this ('olony, until the Kith day of December, INSO, at which date all applications must lie in the hands of the Brokers, when the lists will positively be closed and shares allotted.

Specimens of < 'aswell Sound Marble can lie seen at any of the Museums in New Zealand; the Chamber of < 'onnneree, Wellington: or on application to any of the Ollieers of the Company. In introducing this eligible investment to the notice of the public, the promoters desire to state that the Company’s rights comprise the best, most valuable Marble deposits in the Southern Hemisphere. This is sullieiently proved by Caswell Sound Marble securing the lirst prize at the late Sydney Kxhibition against Italian Statuary and other valuable varieties. They also wish to dwell upon its known certainty and non-speeulative character, the ultimate success of this venture being now well established. The lowest quotation for this Marble is I its per foot, and ranges up to I'd. Larger block are however, much more valuable, some pure "White Statuary, w ithout flaws realising as much as £20,000 sterling in Kurope. 'flic ordinary price for a'block suitable for a life size human statue being about £IOOO. The present cost of producing this Marble by manual labor only is about 2s per cubic foot, f.o.b. These iigures may appear incredible, but they are nevertheless absolutely correct. Thus, taking the cost of production as stated and the very lowest wholesale quotation at 12s per foot gives the apparently fabulous minimum rate of .“>OO per cent profit. It is therefore, no

visionary matter, as these are leading commercial lines ami the values well known the facilities of production, shipment, high quality of product, giving n, vastadvanta.ee over any like property in the world. We will also venture to predict that the value of the Company's shares will increase at least :>()() percent, within twelve months of issue. Referring to consumption of these commodities, it is also enormous. The consumption of Marhlc. Portland Cement, and Lime, in the Australian Colonics alone during the last twelve months has been L 2,87-, (>OO sterling, and rapid I v increasing. Caswell Sound is a commodious and safe harbor for the largest vessels in all weathers, the works of the Company being situated at the water's edge. The Covernment of this colony has also promised to javorablv consider special grants and concessions in aid as soon as the (’oinpanv is successfully floated. Tor further particulars rr other minerals found at the Sound, copper, coal, gold, dec., also the manufacture, of hydraulic cement, lime, kc., together with scientific, professional, Covernment, and other reports with details of the objects and intentions of the ('oinpanv, wo refer to the Prospectus which can he obtained upon application to any of the officers of the ('oinpanv or from Company's Agents, the Rank of Xow Zealand, at any of their branches in this colony and Australia. 21M
