A Silver Cup will he awarded to the scorer of the greatest number of points on all events in the piogramme, excepting No. 1, the Friend 1 y Societies Footrace, and No. 13, the Consolation Race. Admission Is, children under 12, halfprice. No clogs will lie allowed on the grounds.^ All entries for Handicaps, Nos. 1,3, G, and 9, to be made in writing on Thursday, November 4th, before 7 p.m. to the Secretary with half the entrance fee enclosed. CONDITIONS. Two competitors to enter or no prize will bo given ; three competitors or no second prize, and four competitors or no third prize. The decisions of the Judge to be final in each and all cases. The costumes to be approved of by the Committee. The settling day will be on Friday, Nov. 12th, at Bush’s Masonic Hotel.
