REGULATIONS. The Marlborough Jockey Club rules will be strictly adhered to. Nominations to be made to the Secretary in writing by S p.m. on the 4th December. Anyone going off the mark before the pistol is tired, to be put back one yard for each attempt. No prize given unless two competitors start. No second unless three start.
