WANGANUI RACES
Wanganui, Oet. 20. The following are the entries and acceptance for the Wanganui spring meeting:— Maiden Plate—St. Clair, Annuity, Camelia, 'Tally-ho, Talm, Moimoi, Steve Hart, Volunteer, Saturn, Hermit, Raven, Blue Gown, Chandler, Messenger (late Port Wine,) and Woodpecker. Handicap Hurdles —Leotard, Old Ireland, Volunteer, Chance (late Black Prince), G ey Mourns, King Don, Chandler, Hard Times, Ada, and Sunray. Wanganui Stake—Rocket, Astronomer, Otawa, Hailstorm, Wilberforce, Opawa, Maiie Stuart, My Dream, and Soukar. Railway Plate—St. Clair, Redeemer, Raven, Astronomer, Hailstorm, My Dream, and Soukar. The Wanganui Jockey Club passed a resolution recognisingTattersall’s at Christchurch and Dunedin, and also voted £lO towards the cost of the Turf Register.
