The attention of intending Tenderers is directed to the following Clause of the terms and conditions of contract printed at the back of tender forms:—“l’hedays and hours of arrival and departure to be fixed from time to time as the Postmaster General may i direct. For services performed by | coach, no stage shall exceed twelve miles, except by special per- : mission from the Postmaster General, | who shall determine whether or not | longer stages are unavoidable."" Contractors whose tenders may be accepted must be prepared to carry out the services for which they tender according to the time table framed by the department. Forms of tender with the terms and conditions of contract, may be procured at any Post Office. No tender will be considered unless made on the printed form. Candidates for Matriculation and for Junior Scholarships must send in to this office, on or before Saturday, November 13th, 1880, (after which date no applications-will be received), a list of the subjects in which they desire to be examined, signed with their Christian names in full, accompanied by a statement of their age last birthday and by a Fee of One Guinea.
