WHEREAS an action has been commenced in the Supreme Court of New Zealand for the Nelson District at Blenheim, in the said district, wherein William Benjamin Earll, of Blenheim aforesaid, in New Zealand, Contractor, is Plaintiff, and John Knight, formerly of Blenheim aforesaid, Builder, is Defendant: And whereas it hath been made known to us that there are moneys or personal property belonging to the said John Knight now in the hands or custody of you the said Harry Albert Atkinson as such Colonial Treasurer of the Colony of New Zealand : We therefore command you that you do not sell or otherwise dispose of or part with the said moneys or personal property of the said John Knight, or any part thereof, until the further order of the said Court shall be made known to you.
