Tn the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and the amending Acts, and the bankruptcy of Joseph Gibbs, of Blenheim, carpenter, a debtor. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Joseph Gibbs held this day, Mr George Setox Stexiiouse, was elected the Creditor’s Trustee of the property of the said Joseph Gibbs in place of Mr Th las O'Sul I 'van deceased, and that the said George So bon Stenhouse lias signified to me in writing his acceptance of such Trusteeship.
