Last night the Deceased Wife* Sisters Alarriage Bill, which originated and was earned iu the Upper House, passed the second reading on a division by !l to 20. Last night was principally taken up with private members' business, and the proceedings were wholly uninteresting. ’Tilings generally are very dull here.
