Cattle Trespass Act, 1867. ATOTICE is hereby given that on JA and after the 22nd day of March, 1880, the provisions of the “Cattle Trespass Act, 18G7,” Av-ill be enforced on ALL ROADS within the Road District of Wairau; and notice is hereby further given that it is the intention of the Wairau Road Board to claim damages for all cattletrespassing on the said Roads, whethv the same be fenced or unfenced, together with driving fees. ATOTICE is hereby given that on lA and affer the 27th day of March, 1880, the provisions of the “Cattle Trespass Act, 1867,” will be enforced on the Benhopai and Castle Runs, County of Marlborough, and notice is hereby further given that it is the intention of the undersigned J W. Niciiolsox, to claim damages for all cattle trespassing on the said Runs, whether the same be fenced or un fenced, together with driving fees. J. W. NICHOLSON, Manager. February, 27th, 1880.
