Proclamation of By-Laws under the “ The Slaughterhouses Act, 1877.” WHEREAS the Council of the County of Kaikoura did on the Tenth day of September, 1879, make the By-Laws hereinafter set out: And whereas his Excellency the Governor did on the First day of December, 1879, approve of such ByLaws : Now the Council of the County of Kaikoura doth hereby order, proclaim and declare that the By-Laws hereinafter set out, shall come into force within the County of Kaikoura on the Twelfth day of February, 1880. All objections thereto must be left at the Resident Magistrate’s Office, on or before the 15th day of February, addressed to the Assessment Court, and a copy of every such objection must be left with the Clerk of the Board not less than seven days before the next sitting of the said Court.
