President Wilson is a handsome bright bay horse standing 16.2 hands. On account of his breeding he was purchased as a 2-year-old at SOOgns, and a vear later he won the Great Northern Trotting Derby (1917). His racing career was terminated by an accident which occurred shortly afterwards. President Wilson has served seasons at the stud and has proved himself a sure foal getter, and his young stock show great quality and bone, and are considered among the most promising youngsters.
