NO. 2 BUCKLAND ROAD SPECIAL AREA -LOAN. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW; SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING . \ SPEC'AI. LOAN OF £IOOO FOR METALLING. Tn pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, the Counties Act, .1920, and amendments thereto and all other Acts if any in that behalf enabling and with the consent of the ratepayers in the No. 2 Buckland Road Area hereinafter described testified by a petition signed by not less than three- >* fourths of the ratepayers in the aforesaid special area,' the capital value of whose properties as appearing on the valuation roil .of Ul2 district is collectively greater- than the capital value of those ratepayers who did not.-so 'consent, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order: For the purpose of metalling- for the first time a portion of the Buckland road tlio Matamata County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £IOOO at a rate of interest to be apnroved of by the Minister of Finance but not to exceed 5i per cent, per annum for a period of 36i years, and declares that the cost of raising the loan and the first year's interest, on (he loan shall be payable out of the loan. SCHEDULE OF SPECIAL RATING AREA. All that area of land commencing at the north-west corner of Section 137 Elk. V. Tapapa; thence following the northern boundary of said Section 137 and 187 a; thence along the eastcm boundary of said section 137 a to Section 141; thence along the "northern boundary of said Section 111 and following the eastern boundary of said Section 141 to the north-western boundary of Section 120 and following the northern boundary of that section; thence along the Waifoa stream boundary of the . ame section and Section 121 to a point on the northern boundary of part Section 98 and cutting through one half of the said part Section 9S and also through one half of part Section 97 of Rlk. IX. Tapawn and following the southern boundaries of the action, and Sections 122 and 123: thence along the eastern boundary of ahl Section 123 to the Mangawehia sti'eam "id following the said stream eastward* dividing Section 124 into Ivalf; thence east in a line through Sections 134 and 135 to a point where <K- Bnckland rood* <"rosr' v > the eastern l-.imdavv of fVMc !"t Blk.
