A most successful bazaar and sale of work was held in aid of the public school piano fund on Friday The result far exceeded anticipations, about £146 being collected. It is stated that the balance oyer that required for the piano will be devoted to the formation of tennis courts in the school grounds. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering- Company, Ltd., will hold a clearing sale for Messrs Ryan Bros., of Waharoa, on Tuesday next. The herd is one of particularly- choice Holsteins, with brilliant returns, and most of the cows were reared on the farm, by men who have made a 6tudy of the breed. The sale will afford dairymen great opportunities of adding something good to their herds.*
