Tunanga-Wahanoa Road Loan. Special Order. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 16 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1(113,” and with the consent of the ratepayers of the TurangaWaharoa Road Special Rating Area ratepayers in the Matamata Riding of the Mat&mata County, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers in the said rating area the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said Council is collectively greater than the capital value of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent the Matamata County Council HEREBY RESOLVES as follows : ■
For the purpose of concreting a road for the first time from Turanga-O-Moana to Waharoa the Mntamata County Council HEREBY AUTHORISES the raising of a loan of four thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds (£4750) (being a portion of the full laan of £13,000 required and to be raised for the said purpose) at 4% per cent for a period of years and declares that tho cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised.
SPECIAL RATING ORDER. ALL THAT land taking the line commencing at the intersection ot the Waihou River with the County’s northern boundary thence following the said river in a southerly direction to Section 35 Block XIV Tapapa then following the eastern boundaries of the said Section 35 and Section 37 and then following the southern boundaries of the said Section 37 and Section 18 thence in a northerly direction following the western boundaries of Sections 18 19 and 20, thence to Section 9A and following the eastern and northerly boundary to the said
