The hall was beautifully decorated with flags, red, white and blue festoons and greenery. Conspicious on the wall on the right hand side was the memorial recently unveiled. The music was in the capable hands of Mr W. T. Darby’s orchestra, and a very excellent programme of vocal items was arranged by Miss A. Harding.
