MATAMATA RACING CLUB
At a general mooting of the Matarnata Racing club last week it was unanimously decided to purchase ninety three acres of Mr E. C. Banks’ property for a race course, at £66 per acre. Tho property is situated on the Mata-mata-Tirau metalled road, which adjoins tho railway, it has a big road frontage, and natural grandstand the whole length of the proposed straight.
