MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL Public Notice CLASSIFICATION LIST OPEN FOR INSPECTION OF RATEPAYERS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the above council has caused to be re-classified all the lands within the Waharoa Special Drainage Area, of the Matamata county, in terms of Section 23 of the Counties’ Amendment Act, 1913, and the Classification List of Walter Robert Johnson, Esq., Engineer of Waihou, is now open for inspection of ratepayers at Mr A. 'J. Tong’s Waharoa store during ordinary office hours. Objections to the aforesaid list must be handed to the clerk, S.M. Court, Matamata, within seven days next after the expiration of the 21 days now appointed for the inspection of the said list, and seven clear days’ notice of any such objection shall be given to the council before the day appointed by the court for hearing the appeal.
