FACTORY RETURNS.
Norfolk Dairy Factory. Returns for the month of October from the Norfolk factory show that 729,994 lbs of milk, which yielded 25154.7 lbs of butter-fat, were received during the month. The average test was 3.45, and the payments for butterfat totalled £1676 19s 6d. The figures for the corresponding period of last year show that 663,831 lbs of milk were received, £1765 3s 5d paid to suppliers, and the average test was 3.56. Sunny Park Dairy Factory The returns for the same period from the Sunny Park factory show 331,886 lbs of milk, which yielded 11005.6 lbs of butterfat for which payments totalling £825 9s 6d were paid. The average test was 3.34. The figures for the same period of last year are-—412,511 lbs milk, total payments amounted to £1066 5s 6d, and the-average test was 3.44.
