Matters in connection with the Co-operative Cheese Coy. are proceeding very satisfactorily. At a meeting of shareholders on Octo-
ber Ist, Mr W. C. Rollett presiding, it was decided to proceed with the erection of the factory with the greatest expedition. Recently, a branch of the Farmers’ Union was formed here. In common with the surrounding country this district is com-, mencing to develope. The erection of a cheese factory will do a great deal towards closer settlement, In a few years time there will be a vast change here.
