On the Upward Grade. The returns of the various cooperative cheese factories in this district show an increase on the output for the corresponding month of the previous year. Both Tatuanui and Sunny Park show substantial increases. The figures are : TATUANUI. Milk received 573,018 lbs, butter-fat 22,2231b5, payments at Is 6d per lb £1667, average test 3.87. Last year’s figures were: Milk received 461,8471b5, butterfat 18,7551b5, cheques £1328 at Is 5Hd per lb, average test 4.06. NORFOLK. The milk received was 384,259 lbs, butter-fat 14,8881b5, payments £lll6 at Is 6d per lb, average test 3.35. Last year’s figures were: Milk 364,7651b5, butter-fat 13,825 lbs, payments £1097 at Is 7d per lb, average test 3.79. SUNNY PARK. Milk received 298,379lbs,butterfat 12,2751b5, payments £921 at Is 6d per lb, average test 4.11. Last year’s figures were: Milk 194,6981b5, butter-fat 7,8961b5, payments £6OB at Is 6Ujd per lb, average test 4.05.
