Weight-guessirag Competitions. The following are the results of the weight-guessing competitions held at last week’s Matamata show Fat cow (actual weight 5361 b), Mr W. M. Orabb, F. Barugh, 5401 b, 2. Fat sheep (actual weight 451 b), Mr J. Siddall (Hinuera) 451 b and Mr J. Whybrow (Tirau) 451 b 1; Mr C. W. Arnold moan a), 45|41b, 2. The proceeds from the two competitions totalled £5 10s 6d. The gate receipts were £lO4 as against £94 realised last year. The secretary estimated that about 2,500 people were in attendance during the day.
