CHEESE FACTORY RETURNS.
Still Show an Increase. The cheese factory returns for the month of February continue to show an increase in the amounts paid out to suppliers. As in all cases there is a substantial increase in the quantity of milk sent to the factory in comparison with the figures for the previous month last year it shows that the district continues to expand and develop. TATUA. During the month 599,4791bs milk was received, giving 22,9501bs butter-fat. The cheques totalled £1721 at Is 6d,and the average test was 3.82. Last year’s figures were: Milk 471,9391b5, butter-fat 18,2611b5, cheques £1293, average test 3.72. NORFOLK. * The milk received was 409,704 lbs, giving 15,7271bs butter-fat. The payments were £1179 at Is 6d and the average test 3.84. Last year’s figures were: Milk 384,6231b5, butter-fat 14,5191b5, payments £846, average test 3.77. SUNNY PARK. The milk received was 323,8801bs, giving 12,3811bs butter-fat. The cheques amounted to £928 at Is 6d, and the average test was 3.82. Last year’s figures were: Milk 200,998165, butter-fat7Bß3lbs, cheques £592, average test 3 82.
