CONFERENCE ORGANISER For: 2 Conferences jointly sponsored by the Pacific Conferences of Churches and the Pacific People’s Action Front. The conferences will be on 1. Nuclear issues in the Pacific 2. Independence and people’s movements in the Pacific. To be held in September 1978, in Micronesia. Applicants: must have an understanding of and shown active support for these issues. Applicants must be able to compile a report of the conferences, and be able to manage book-keeping and budgeting. A good command of English is necessary, and a knowledge of French would be an advantage. Terms of employment: from May until November 1978. Conditions: position holds a salary which will be negotiable. Organiser will be based in Suva, Fiji. The person will be employed by the PCC and will be subject to PCC conditions of employment. Applications should be addressed to: General Secretary, Pacific Conferences of Churches P.O. Box 208, Suva, Fiji. to be received by end of April — Ist week of May.
