Two new boats for Cook Islands’ run

Two new boats have been sponsored by the New Zealand Shipping Company to run between Auckland and the Cook Islands via Nauru. They are the ‘Tiare Moana’ and ‘Fetu

Moana’. The ‘Fetu Moana’ runs from Auckland to Nauru, Rarotonga, Aitutaki and back again. The ‘Tiare Moana’ runs from Auckland, Aitutaki, Rarotonga, then to Papeete. Both boats are cargo-carriers, carrying general and freezer goods. These boats are to be on regular runs, but their dates are not yet confirmed. Any private goods to these islands can be sent on them.
