TERMS OF ADVERTISING. First insertion, per inch - - 5 Every subsequent insertion, per inch or portion of oue - - - 3s. 6d. Advertisements not exceeding Sixteen Words, 2s 6d. Advertisements for a month, or longer term, as per agreement. All advertisements musf be paid in advance except in cases where an arrangement has been effected and an account opened. Notice of withdrawal or alteration of advertisements which appear on the out>ide of the paper must he sent in before 2 p.m., on the Monday or Thursday previous to day of publication. Orders for withdrawal must be sent in, in whiting, not later than Ten o'clock, a.m. on the day previous to publication. In no case can verbal orders be attended to. Advertisements must be received at the Office not later than 8 o'clock on the day preceding that of publication. Advertisements given in after that hour (if inserted) will be charged double. All advertisements must state the number of insertions, otherwise they will be continued and charged till countermanded. It is requisite that written instructions for alterations of advertisements, discontinnnce of the paper, &c, should be sent in, as the proprietors cannot guarantee that verbal orders will be attended to.
