All letters intended for insertion must be sent under C'<ver, addressed to "the Editor" and authenticated with the name and address of the writer, not necessarily for publication, but as a guarantee of go d faith. They must not be handed in unsealed, or with the expectation that a decision as to their admissibility will be given (therwise than through this journal. AH communications intended for insertion m the next issues should be sent in by noon on Tuesdays and Fridayj.
