Notice of withdrawal or alteration cf advertisements which appear on the outside of the paper to be sent in on the Monday or Thursday previous to day of publication. Orders for withdrawal must be sent in, in WHITING, not later tl an Ten o'clock, a.m. on the day previous to publication. In no case can verbal oiders be. attended to.
