At the Indian and Colonial Exhibition an interesting treat was given by Mr Alderman Kitter, of Adelaide, South Australia, to over 1000 children and 50 adults of the working classes of the Eastend of London, in return for hospitality received during his visit to England. The entertainment extended over four days, and consisted of railway fares, admission to the Exhibition and a dinner and tea.
