Mining Notices. APPLICATION FOR LEASE. Kelson South-west Goldfields, November 3rd, 1886. To the Warden at Lyell— I HEREBY apply for a Gold-Mining Lease of the lands hereinafter described, in accordance with the GoldMining Leases Regulations ot New Zealand, and I agree, upon the approval of this application, to execute a lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same. General remarks Portion of the ground applied for was formerly included in the United Victory Lease, now cancelled. The above application and any objection thereto will be heard at the Warden's Office at Lyell, on WEDNESDAY, the 15th DECEMBER, 1886. Any person desiring to object to the issue of a Mining Lease upon the above application must, within 80 clear days from the date of such application, enter his objection at the Warden's Office at Lyelf.
