VTOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that IN a MEETING of the LICENSING COURT for the Licensing District of OWEN will he holden at the COURT HOUSE, MURCHISON, on TUESDAY, the 26th day of OCTOBER, 188G, at NOON, for the consideration of Applications for Certificates for Licenses for the said District. All Applications must be lodged in duplicate with the Clerk of the Court on or before Tuesday, the sth day of October, 1886. FRANK BIRD, Licensing Commissioner. Not heard of at home for nine years, was supposed to be in Christchurch or Dunedin district, but cannst be found there. Mrs Smith, Midlothian, Scotland, inquires. W. J. Edward M'Sweeney, who in 1869 was a waiter at Stevenson's Hotel, Auckland, and formerly of Her Majesty's 65th, Regiment of Foot, regimental No. 3122. Inquired for bj his brother, John M'Sweeney, 9 Wrixom, Lane, off Pencock Lane, Cora, Ireland. W. Mills, is inquired for by his father, T. Mills, Broom Hause, 129, Mosly Road, Birmingham, England.
