No entry will be received for any of the races except on this condition: —That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing sliull be decided by the Stewards, whose decisions on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme slial be final. In the event of any person entering a protest the sum ot Ml Is must be lodged with the Secretary before such protest is considered. This sum to be forfeited to the funds should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexatious; all protests must be lodged within half-an-hour from finish of race. Three horses must enter for each event or the public money will not be given. All entries for hack races to be subject to the approval of the Stewards. ALFRED SMITH, Hon. Secretary.
