Service has tendered his resignation to the Governor, and Gilles has undertaken the formation of a Ministry. The following members are certain to be included in the new Cabinet: -Gilles. It has been arranged that the Hon. J. W. Agnew, M.L.C., shall assume the Premiership in" succession to Mr Adge Douglas. Mr Agnew does not, however, take any portfolio. The positions of the the other Ministers remain unchanged.
