rpHIS is to notify that the undermentioned CANDIDATES have been duly NOMINATED as Members of the Licensing Committee for the above District, according to " Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1870," Clause 11 : CAMPBELL, John EDGE, James FEDDERSEN, Fredrick LOWICK, James M'COY, Robert W.
Iu accordance with Section 13 of " The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," I hereby declare the above-named Gentlemen duly elected Members of the Liceniing Committee for the Licensing District ofLyell. And in pursuance of Sub-sections 3 and 5, of " The Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1882," I hereby appoint the Court House, Lyell,,as the place, and Thursday, the 4th day of March, 1886, at 12 o'clock noon, as the time for holding the First Meeting to Fleet a Chairman ; and I also appoint the following days for the Meet* ings of the Licensing Committee for the said district for the ensuing year:—4th of March, 3rd of June, 2nd of September, and 2nd of December, 1886. Meetings to be held at the Court House, Lyell, at 12 o'clock noon, on the above dates.
