Melbourne, January 19, It is generally understood that after the various preliminary conferences Mr Deakin has agreed to join Mr Gillis in the re-construction of the Ministry. It is expected that the majority of the Liberal party will acquiesce in this arrangement. The prisoners who stand charged with the Collingwood Bank robbery were brought up for examination yesterday and remanded for further evidence.
