To the Warden at Murchison— I HEREBY apply for a Gold-Mining Lease of the lands hereinafter described, in accordance with the Gold-Min-ing Leases Regulation of New Zealand, and I agree, upon the approval of this application, to execute a lease upon the basis therein stated, if the Governor shall think fit to grant the same.
