'The usual ten per cent dividend and live per cent bonus were declared, also £27,000 was carried to the credit of the new account. The speech of the Chairman of Directors was an extremely hopeful one as to the future prosperity ot New Zealand. It is believed by many that the lowest point of the depression has been reached, aud that the Colony is about to experience a wave of prosperity.—Nelson Colonist.
