THE Creditors of the abovenamed Company, are required on or before . the 4th day of SEPTEMBER, 1885, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts, or claims, to Thomas Callender, of Crawford Street, Dunedin, accountant, the Official Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said official liquidator, are to come in and prove their debts, or claims, on FRIDAY, the 25th day of SEPTEMBER, 1885, at 11 o'clock in the FORENOON, at the Judge's Chambers, Supreme Court-house, Dunedin, or iu default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any dis- , tribution.
