QAUTIOK— Transferors and trans fer fees in £old milling and other companies and societies are warned against executing any instrument ef sale or transfer unless the name of the purchaser or transferee is iuserted therein at or before the execution thereof, a maximum penalty of £IOO under section 103, being incurred thereby. Any such instrument, moreover, so signed is absolutely veid and inoperative, and does not divest the transferor of his interest therein, and he remains liable thereon as if he had never disposed of the same. If the transferor be a licensed sharebroker his license is forfeited on convictkn and thereafter hj« is disqualified from actiug as a broker or from having a iresh iicense issued to him.
