A performance of “ Cnmfcrd," in aid oi the club for soldiers oil leave, will be given in the Choral Halt on Friday at S p.m. The Brovins Family, well-known in Christchurch, will give a recital in the Sydenham Methodist School to-night at eight o clock. The programme will consist of dialogues, sketches (in character) and recitations from elioico modern authors.
