SUPREME COURT.
[Per Pbkss Association.] WELLINGTON, September 23. In the Supreme Court this morning, William Tosswiil, solicitor, of Palnatua, pleaded guilty to three charges of theft of trust moneys, and was sentenced to two years' imprisonment with hard labour. John Alfred Shirley, for theft of petrol, from Fitzgerald's garage, was sentenced to •»■. months' imprisonment.
