AUCKLAND FIRMS FINED. [Pen Press Association-.] ’ AUCKLAND, September 21.. What were said to be the first prosecutions in the Dominion under the Footwear Regulations Act cam© up for hearing in. the Police Court to-day. Two Auckland firms, Millers, Ltd., and Hallenstein Bros., were charged with exposing for sale certain footwear, composed partly of leather and partly of other materials, without having a statement ■of speh materials legibly stamped ,on the'outer surface of such footwear. A fine .of £5 was imposed in each case.
