TT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED i- that the Christchurcb City Council desires to obtain the consent of the Ratepayers in that part of St Albans Ward of the City of Christchurch named by resolution of iho City Council "North Richmond Special Rating Area," the boundaries of which raid part are described in the Schedule hereto, to the raising of n SPECIAL LOAN of Twenty Thousand Pounds (£20,000). (a) The particular purposes for which the L-vwi is required nro: (1) Forming Streets, including culverts and drains to the outfalls, raetaJiing and rolling, channelling and asphalting the footpaths; the construction of new bridges over Dudley Creek, engineering expenses and contingencies. The sum proposed to be borrowed for thi» purpose is 410.662. (2) Water-supply reticulation, including services and meters, engineering expenses and contingencies. Loan shall nt the end of its period be. repayable by means of a Sinking Fund.
