(a) The particular purposes for which the L-vwi is required nro: (1) Forming Streets, including culverts and drains to the outfalls, raetaJiing and rolling, channelling and asphalting the footpaths; the construction of new bridges over Dudley Creek, engineering expenses and contingencies. The sum proposed to be borrowed for thi» purpose is 410.662. (2) Water-supply reticulation, including services and meters, engineering expenses and contingencies.
