TRADERS COMPLAIN OF ALLIES' ZEAL. LONDON, January 3. The "Daily Chronicle's" Rome correspondent states that the Italian irritation at the Allies' restriction of Ital-ian-bound commerce is rapidly growing. Tho *Giornale d'ltalia" and " Tribuna" complain that the excessive zeal of the Allies' warships is inflicting great losses on Italian traders, and demand that the Government should insist on the abuses being terminated.
