KING AND PRESIDENT.
LONDON, January 2. The King telegraphed to President Poincare good wishes for the New Year, stating he was certain that it would witness the strengthening of the allinnce and hoping that the war would won be brought to a victorious conclusion..
President Poincare. replied reciprocating the wishes and expressing confidence of- victory. France was resolved to fight till complete triumph was achieved.
