A message from Vienna states that consternation and alarm have been caused by a formidable Russian invasion of north-oast Hungary. The clergy, municipal authorities and inhabitants of tho frontier are panicstricken and fleeing into/the interior.

Tho " Neue Freio Presso" demands tho publication of tho Red Book describing tho Austro-Hungarian standpoint in the negotiations preceding tho war. It asks why Austria and Hungary silently accept blame instead of proclaiming their efforts, en behalf of peace.
