The submarines belonging to the Commonwealth fleet, will make the entire journey to Australia under their own motive power. They will go below for safety in the event of striking storms, and small platforms have been provided where the men will take exercise, except in rough weather, The submarines will remain three days at ports of call to take in food and fuel, and for overhauling purposes. _____________
