Tho Government Insuranco Depan.ment has issued ft nev.y schedule ol charges for insurance against risks under the AVorkers’ Compensation ior Accidents Act'. - The - general • tendency of the new list is iu the. direction oi reduced rates. Last session’s amenqing legislation: threw additional liabilities upon employers and the Insurance Companies, but the State institution has refrained from taking it out of the employer by way of higher rates.
