LYTTELTON DISTRICT HIGH SCHOOL.
PRIZE distribution:
The Lyttelton District High School held their annual picnio at the Riccarton Racecourse on Thursday, when about 700 children and their parents attended. The races of the different standards were very close and keenly contested. The prizes won at tho picnio and those by the scholars during the year were presented on Friday morning by tho chairman, Mr Ei. R. Curtis, and Mis Curtis. There was a largo attendance of patrons.
