Edgar Wrigley, the ex-Wairarapa, and Wellington provincial and New Zealand representative footballer, who has been playing the Northern League game in England for tho past five or six years, for the Huddersfield Club, has heen transferred to the Hunslet Club at a fee of £SOO. Wrigley is regarded as one of the best, three-quarters in England, and his transfer has been a scoop for Hunslet. The death occurred at Wanganui yesterday of Mr Tom Chamberlain, formerly a well-known Wairarapa footballer and supporter of the game.
