As the result of tho recent adoption of women’s suffrage, the Illinois women are running total prohibition candidates for the various cities throughout tho State. Saloon-keepers nro surprised, as they did not expect the women’s opposition. Seven women have been nominated for the Chicago nldermanic contests.
